Human Resources Manager Hugh Harris has over 30 years of experience building strategic alliances through community and economic development. He also has been employed as a mechanical draftsman and designer for over 15 years with a variety of large manufacturing firms. He also brings his experience as a marketing manager for a major Colorado company. He has an undergraduate degree in economics, and earned his Masters of Divinity in 1986 from the Iliff School of Theology. Since that time his focus has been on Christian ministry with emphasis on community and economic development.
Judy, President of Solarway in Fowler, CO, is our Energy Efficiency Program Manager, and has been a licensed building contractor in Pueblo, Colorado for twelve years as president of Tierra Concrete Homes. She is an active voice for renewable energy and sustainable building practices and has started Solarway, LLC for energy efficiency and solar installations. She is an active participant in many renewable energy organizations, and currently does private consulting on designing high performance buildings, energy-audits and savings analysis, and passive and active solar systems.
